Parker’s parents, Carolina & Steve got married in Raleigh a few years back (check them out on the blog/portfolio)! They have since moved across the country, currently living in California, but came home to friends and family to throw a first birthday party for their adorable baby girl. Appropriatly, the theme of her party was “California Dreaming”, and we had so much fun putting it together!
